Latham & Watkins Advises on US Foods’ Private Offering of US$500 Million of Senior Unsecured Notes
US Foods Holding Corp. (NYSE: USFD), one of America’s largest food distribution companies, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, US Foods, Inc., has priced an offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.75% senior unsecured notes due 2033. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on October 3, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
