Latham & Watkins Advises on USI, Inc.’s US$620 Million Senior Notes Offering

On December 29, 2023, USI, Inc., one of the largest insurance brokers and a leading middle market broker in the United States, closed its offering of US$620 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.500% senior notes due 2032.

Latham & Watkins represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a capital markets team led by New York partner Michael Benjamin and New York counsel Ryan deFord, with associates Christian Vazquez and Alex Gulino.
