Latham & Watkins Advises on Waste Pro USA’s Upsized US$850 Million Senior Notes Offering
Waste Pro USA, Inc. has announced the closing of a private offering of US$850 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior unsecured notes due 2033. The notes are guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by Waste Pro’s current and future significant domestic restricted subsidiaries.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a corporate team led by Chicago partners Christopher Lueking and Jonathan Sarna, and counsel Manasi Bhattacharyya, with associates Ben Winnett, Chelsea Carlson, and Tayler Daniels.
