Latham & Watkins Advises Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan on Investment in Omega

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (Ontario Teachers) announced it has made an investment in Omega Healthcare Management Services (Omega), joining Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives as co-lead investors. Omega is a leading technology-enabled healthcare management solutions provider. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Ontario Teachers in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partners John Giouroukakis and David Owen, with associates Said Bakir and Sally Wu. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Jocelyn Noll; and on benefits matters by Washington, D.C. partner David Della Rocca.
