Latham & Watkins Advises Origis Energy in US$1+ Billion Strategic Investment by Brookfield and Antin

Origis Energy, one of America’s leading renewable energy platforms, announced a new strategic investment from Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. alongside new commitments from existing sponsor, Antin Infrastructure Partners, that could exceed US$1 billion in the aggregate.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Origis Energy in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partners Alex Kelly, Peter Sluka, Salvatore Vanchieri, and Edmond Parhami, with New York counsel Hana Nah and associates Paul Lau, Marc Klepner, Katie Byun, Rachel Moore, Miles Gilhuly, and Kathryn Sarkesian.
