Latham & Watkins Advises PAI Partners and BCI in Connection With the Sale of Refresco to KKR
Latham & Watkins has advised PAI Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) in connection with the sale of a majority stake in Refresco, one of the world’s largest independent beverage contract manufacturers, to KKR, a leading global investment firm. As part of the transaction, PAI Partners and BCI will retain a significant minority position in Refresco.
Founded in 1999, Refresco has pan-regional coverage in Europe and North America through its network of bottling, warehousing, logistics and other operational assets. Its production platform includes over 70 majority-owned manufacturing sites in Europe, the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
