Latham & Watkins Advises Platinum Equity in Acquisition of GSM Outdoors

A multidisciplinary team represents the global investment firm in acquisition of the outdoor and consumer sporting goods company.

Platinum Equity has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire GSM Outdoors from Gridiron Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to be completed in Q3 2024. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, GSM Outdoors is a leading outdoor and consumer sporting goods company with a diverse, growing portfolio of more than 50 different brands.
