Latham & Watkins Advises Ramp in US$150 Million Series D-2 Funding Round

Firm advises the finance operations platform in funding round at a post-money valuation of US$7.65 billion.
Ramp has announced it raised US$150 million in a Series D-2 funding round that values the company at US$7.65 billion. The new investment was led by Khosla Ventures and existing backer Founders Fund, as well as new backers Sequoia Capital, Greylock, and 8VC. Other existing investors Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, Sands Capital, D1 Capital, Lux Capital, ICONIQ Growth, Definition Capital, Contrary Capital, and more also participated.
