Latham & Watkins Advises Royal Reesink and Triton on Sale of Pelzer Fördertechnik

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Triton portfolio company Royal Reesink B.V. and financial investor Triton on the sale of Pelzer Fördertechnik GmbH. Royal Reesink has a market-leading position in distributing and supporting machinery and equipment for material handling, agriculture, turfcare, and construction. Pelzer Fördertechnik is an authorized dealer for Linde products and solutions. Since November, intralogistics solution provider Linde Material Handling GmbH has been the sole shareholder of Pelzer Fördertechnik.
