Latham & Watkins Advises Shamrock Capital on Acquisition of Content Portfolio From Vine Alternative Investments

Shamrock Capital, the Los Angeles-based investment firm specializing in media, entertainment, communications, and related sectors, has announced the acquisition of a diverse film, television, and music portfolio from Vine Alternative Investments Group, LLC, a specialized asset manager focused on unique, non-correlated investment opportunities in the media and entertainment sector.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Shamrock in the transaction with an Entertainment, Sports & Media and M&A team led by Century City partners Rick Offsay, Nancy Bruington, and Sean Denvir, and counsel Paul Iannicelli, with associates Jamie Levine, Djenab Conde, Brent Begany,* Shelton Taylor,* and Aiyanna Sanders.  Advice was also provided on tax matters by Los Angeles/Century City partner Pardis Zomorodi; on employee benefits matters by Century City/Bay Area partner Julie Crisp; and on insurance matters by San Diego/Los Angeles counsel Hannah Cary, with associate Enrique Covarrubias.
