Latham & Watkins Advises StepStone Group on Inaugural US$1.4 Billion Infrastructure Co-Investment Fund

Firm’s cross-border investment funds team represented the global private markets investment firm in transaction expanding infrastructure investment solutions.

StepStone Group Inc. (Nasdaq: STEP), a global private markets investment firm, announced the final close of StepStone Infrastructure Co-Investment Partners 2022 (SICP or the Fund) and related separate accounts with US$1.4 billion of capital commitments. Through SICP, StepStone invests alongside leading global infrastructure sponsors in select transactions according to their expertise. The Fund pursues a mix of core-plus and value-add opportunities and seeks to capitalize on major secular trends such as the energy transition, the growth of digital connectivity, and AI.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised StepStone Group in the fund formation with an investment funds team led by Washington, D.C. partner Amy Rigdon and London partner Clare Scott, with associates Dylan Carroll, Nicholas Blake, and Mackenzie Caldwell.
