Latham & Watkins Advises Tegus in US$90 Million Series B Funding Round

Members of the firm’s Emerging Companies Practice represent the Chicago-based provider of primary business and market intelligence for key decision makers.

Tegus, the leading market intelligence platform for decision makers, has announced a US$90 million Series B funding round led by Oberndorf Enterprises and Willoughby Capital.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Tegus in the transaction with an emerging companies team led by Los Angeles partner Christopher Shoff, with associates Jana Kovich, Arman Carretta, and Agustin Podboj.
