German capital markets team advises on issuance of sustainability-linked senior notes.
Latham & Watkins has advised TUI AG (TUI) on the issuance of €500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% sustainability-linked senior notes due 2029.
The interest rate of the notes is linked to the achievement of a specific sustainability target in line with TUI’s sustainability-linked finance framework.
The Latham capital markets team was led by Munich partner Rüdiger Malaun and Frankfurt partner Alexander Lentz, with Frankfurt counsel Gregory Walker and Camilla Kehler-Weiss and associates Isabel Willius and Laura Neumann.
TUI was advised in-house by senior legal counsel Mark Hoepfner.
