Latham & Watkins Advises the Underwriters in Twilio’s US$1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

A capital markets team advised the underwriters in the offering.

Twilio Inc. (Twilio) (NYSE: TWLO) announced that it has priced its offering of US$1 billion of unsecured senior notes. The notes consist of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.625% senior notes due 2029 and US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.875% senior notes due 2031. The company anticipates that the offering will close on or around March 9, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

Latham & Watkins LLP is advising the underwriters in the offering with a capital markets team led by Bay Area partner Tad Freese and New York partner Erika Weinberg, with New York associates Taylor Stevens and Regan Devers.
