Latham & Watkins Advises Voyager Space on Starlab Space Joint Venture and Strategic Partnership With Mitsubishi

Voyager Space announced the formation of Starlab Space LLC (Starlab Space), the joint venture between Voyager Space and Airbus that will design, build, and operate the Starlab commercial space station, and further announced that it has welcomed Mitsubishi Corporation as a strategic partner and equity owner in Starlab Space. This partnership with Mitsubishi expands Starlab Space’s reach beyond a transatlantic partnership and transforms the joint venture into a global organization.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Voyager Space in connection with the formation of its joint venture with Airbus to form Starlab Space, and in connection with Mitsubishi Corporation’s strategic partnership with Starlab Space.
