Latham & Watkins Advises WellTheory on US$7.2 Million Seed Funding Round

A West Coast based team advises the virtual care platform focused on autoimmune disease.

WellTheory has announced its US$7.2 million seed funding round led by Accel, with participation from Box Group, Lux Capital, Scribble Ventures, Rock Health, and the CEOs of Maven, Everlane, Pillpack, and more.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents WellTheory in the financing round with an emerging companies team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter, with Bay Area based associate Beverly Cheung and San Diego based associate Evan Youngstrom.
