Latham & Watkins Advises WestView Capital Partners in Its Investment in Physician Life Care Planning

Physician Life Care Planning, an industry-leading provider of physician-authored life care plans as well as other damages valuation and litigation support services, announced that it received a growth investment from WestView Capital Partners (WestView), a Boston-based private equity firm focused exclusively on partnering with middle market growth companies.

Latham & Watkins advised WestView in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partner Nate Amory, with associates Laki Triantafylidis, Michael Casagrande, and Cherrie Wang.
