Latham & Watkins Advises Xperi in Successful Proxy Contest Resulting in Incumbent Director Re-Elections
Xperi Inc. (NYSE: XPER) (the Company or Xperi), an entertainment technology company that invents, develops, and delivers technologies that enable extraordinary experiences, has announced the preliminary results of its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, as provided to the Company by its proxy solicitor. The preliminary results indicate stockholders have re-elected all five of the Company’s incumbent directors: Darcy Antonellis, Laura J. Durr, David C. Habiger, Jon E. Kirchner, and Christopher Seams.
