Latham & Watkins Assists CyberArk in Securing CFIUS Clearance
Identity security company CyberArk (NASDAQ: CYBR) received clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) in connection with its acquisition of Venafi, a leader in machine identity management, from Thoma Bravo. CFIUS concluded that there were no unresolved national security issues with respect to the transaction.
