Latham & Watkins Advises Activant Capital in Connection With Celonis’ US$400 Million Series D Financing
Latham & Watkins has advised Activant Capital in connection with a US$400 million Series D financing round for Celonis, the global leader in execution management software. The Series D round was led by the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and included Activant Capital amongst other new investors. Existing investors also participated in the funding round expansion.
Latham regularly advises Activant Capital on its investments, most recently on the closing of a Series B financing round for WorkMotion.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt partner Markus Krüger and New York partner Stelios Saffos, with Frankfurt associate Lasse Winzer, New York associate Samuel Dillard, and Los Angeles associate Benjamin Hoekstra.
