Latham Advises DBAG Funds on Sale of Shares in Solvares

Latham & Watkins has advised DBAG ECF III, advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), on the sale of a significant stake in Solvares, a leading provider of Field Service Management, Field Sales Management, and Transport Management & Logistics solutions. Five Arrows joins as a partner to support the company’s future growth journey. DBAG and DBAG ECF III remain significant shareholders as part of the transaction.

Latham & Watkins regularly advises DBAG funds and its portfolio companies on transactions, most recently on the sale of the shares in Heytex.
