Latham & Watkins Represents Fluence Energy, Inc. in Upsized US$400 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering
Fluence Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLNC), a global market leader delivering intelligent energy storage, operational services, and asset optimization software, has closed a private offering of US$400.0 million aggregate principal amount of 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2030. The offering size was increased from the previously announced offering size of US$300.0 million aggregate principal amount of Notes, and includes Notes issued as a result of the initial purchasers’ option to purchase additional Notes. The issuance and sale of the Notes settled on December 12, 2024.
