Latham & Watkins Represents New Heritage Capital in US$438 Million Fund Formation
New Heritage Capital (Heritage) announced the closing of its oversubscribed fourth fund, New Heritage Capital IV, L.P., at US$438 million in total capital commitments, exceeding its target of US$350 million. Heritage is a Boston-based private equity firm focused on partnering with high-growth, founder-owned businesses in the middle market.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Heritage in the fund formation with an Investment Funds Practice team led by New York partner Andrea Schwartzman, with associates Erin Bergey, Christina Smith, and Ethan Cramer Gibbs. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Greg Hannibal, with associate Michael Syku, and on fund regulatory matters by Chicago partner Laura Ferrell, with associate Jennifer Tian.
