Latham & Watkins Represents Vertical Aerospace in Upsized US$90 Million Public Offering
Vertical Aerospace (NYSE: EVTL), a global aerospace and technology company that is pioneering electric aviation, has announced that it has priced its underwritten public offering of US$90 million of units at a public offering price of US$6 per unit. Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one-half of one Tranche A warrant and one-half of one Tranche B warrant. The ordinary shares and the warrants comprising the units are immediately separable and will be issued separately in the offering. The offering is expected to close on or about January 24, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
