Latham’s New York Office Managing Partner Honored as 2024 Notable Leader
Marc Jaffe, Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins’ New York office, has been named to Crain’s New York Business’ inaugural list of Notable Leaders in Accounting, Consulting, and Law for his distinguished leadership and illustrious legal career.
Crain’s said the honorees “possess the financial, strategic, and legal expertise to drive significant commercial activity in the region, shaping New York City’s business landscape and fostering enterprise growth,” adding that, “not only do they excel in their fields, but they embody the spirit of New York in their creativity and achievement.”
Crain’s recognized Jaffe’s leadership of Latham’s New York office, the firm’s largest office with more than 830 lawyers on the front lines of handling complex, cross-border transactions and high-stakes disputes. In addition, the publication highlighted Jaffe’s illustrious capital markets career, including his role advising on Saudi Aramco’s IPO, one of the largest IPOs in history, and recent honor as the American Jewish Committee’s (AJC) Judge Learned Hand Award recipient, AJC’s highest honor for members of the legal profession, for his esteemed legal career and commitment to philanthropy, community service, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
