London Partner Named to Women of Influence in Private Markets List

London corporate partner Shing Lo has been named in Private Equity International’s (PEI) Women of Influence in Private Markets in the Venture Capital (VC) category. The annual lists spotlight women whose achievements, innovation, and leadership are reshaping private markets across a broad range of asset classes. Lo is the only lawyer to be recognized in the VC category and joins fund managers, LPs, and an accelerator CEO from New York to Shanghai in the prestigious ranking.

PEI commended Lo for her work advising innovative VC funds and tech companies on a variety of transformational matters, including representing Robin AI on its US$10.5 million Series A and Atomico as lead investor on the US$120 million Series C funding round of Factorial. The publication also highlighted Lo’s commitment to supporting female founders and investors in the European tech ecosystem.
