Year-end league tables recognize firm’s record performance across industries and borders.

Latham & Watkins’ Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices again ranked at the forefront of global and regional league tables for 2015. The firm earned recognition for the size and scope of its work, while also earning #1 rankings in a number of industry-specific categories. Overall, Latham’s global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice handled more than 430 announced deals totaling more than US$710 billion in deal value.
