Milan Partner Named Private Equity Rising Star by Law.com International

Law.com International has named Milan partner Giorgia Lugli to its annual list of Private Equity Rising Stars: Europe's Best Up-and-Coming Lawyers 2022.

The list identifies the 25 best young private equity lawyers across the UK and Europe based on criteria including the quality of their client base; the scale, significance and complexity of their deals; client feedback and market reputation; and career success and innovation.

The publication recognised Giorgia for her passion for business law, the quality of her advice to private equity firms and financial institutions, and her work advising Bain Capital on the sale of Fedrigoni to a joint venture between BC Partners and Bain Capital, one of Italy’s biggest private equity transactions in 2022.
