New York Partner Honored With Spirit of Service Award

Fordham University’s Feerick Center for Social Justice has recognized New York partner Rafal Gawlowski with its Spirit of Service Award. The award honors individuals who have demonstrated exemplary commitment to service on behalf of others, including in the legal community and at Fordham Law School.

As the Deputy OMP of Latham’s New York office between 2015 and 2021, Rafal spearheaded numerous efforts in the areas of pro bono, community engagement, and developing relationships with Fordham Law School and the Feerick Center.

Established in 2006, the Feerick Center for Social Justice works to address the problems facing marginalized and low-income New Yorkers and individuals seeking humanitarian relief, including asylum-seeking families and unaccompanied immigrant children.
