Partner Named 2023 Latino Leader Worth Watching

Partner Carlos Ardila has been named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2024 list of Latino Leaders. The award honors individuals “who are confident, determined, high-performing, purpose-driven professionals who create value for their coworkers, customers, community, and of course the organizations where they contribute their talents.”

Ardila devises creative solutions to complex challenges involving cross-border corporate and financing transactions across the US and Latin America, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. Recently, his work includes advising investors on a Peru-based maritime infrastructure platform and working on the largest M&A transaction deal of the year in the renewables space in Brazil.

In addition to his practice, Ardila maintains an active pro bono practice, including working on a first-of-its-kind “blue bond” issuance supporting sustainable marine and fisheries projects in the Seychelles and representing clients in developing countries through the International Senior Lawyers Project.
