Pro Bono Client Increases Access to Education

Since 2016, Latham & Watkins has provided pro bono legal support to Bibliothèques Sans Frontières (Libraries Without Borders). Headquartered in Paris, this nonprofit facilitates access to education, culture, and information for underprivileged populations, racial and ethnic minorities, and refugee and immigrant communities around the globe.

Bibliothèques Sans Frontières works with local stakeholders to develop and deploy learning centers, libraries-in-a-box, and other innovative tools to promote education and ensure the availability of knowledge and information, particularly among individuals in war-torn, disadvantaged, and crisis situations.
