Corporate Partner Named Among Leading Italian Lawyers of 2016

Italian legal magazine LegalCommunity has named Milan corporate partner Stefano Sciolla among the “50 Best Italian Lawyers of 2016.” The publication highlighted Sciolla’s representation of leading private equity clients, as well as his work on high-profile mergers and acquisitions and strategic commercial contracts. LegalCommunity noted that Sciolla has helped build a corporate practice in Italy that is “among the most active in the market.”
