Milan Partner Again Named Private Equity Lawyer of the Year

Milan partner Stefano Sciolla has again been named Private Equity Lawyer of the Year at the 2020 LegalCommunity Corporate Awards. The publication recognized Sciolla as “a remarkable professional” whose “name is linked to all the big deals involving private equity funds.”

Sciolla previously received this honor in 2018, with the publication recognizing his negotiating capabilities and his role in leading market transactions.

The LegalCommunity Corporate Awards are determined by a panel of prominent GCs and CEOs from some of Italy's leading institutions. The panel assesses professionals against a number of criteria, including the volume and value of successfully executed transactions, legal and technical negotiation skills, knowledge of business and industry dynamics, and commitment to client service.
