Trio Honored as Women of Influence in San Diego

Latham & Watkins partners Ann Buckingham and Jennifer Roy have been named among Women of Influence in Law by the San Diego Business Journal. Practice Technology Manager Christine Stansall was also recognized for advancing uses of technology in the practice of law.

Buckingham, a partner in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisition Practice, was cited in her published profile for “extensive experience representing companies on complex and cross-border joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the communications, technology, real estate and gaming sectors.”

Roy, a partner in the Environment, Land & Resources Practice, counsels clients in all areas of environmental law with a particular focus on energy and major infrastructure projects. Her published profile noted that Roy “has built a strong reputation in project entitlement matters, administrative and municipal hearings, land use litigation, and federal environmental review and permitting issues.”

Stansall was recognized for her role in technology initiatives across a 27-year career, in which she has built a reputation as “a fierce advocate for the education and training of all legal professionals in eDiscovery.”
