Two London Lawyers Named Private Equity Rising Stars

London partner Farah O’Brien and associate Angel Quek have been featured in Legal Week’s 2018 Rising Stars in Private Equity. The list recognizes talented up-and-coming practitioners who are making an impact on the private equity sector in London. 

Legal Week commended O’Brien and Quek for their depth of experience advising on some of the market’s most significant transactions. 

The Rising Stars in Private Equity list is based on extensive research and consultation with key industry professionals and opinion formers.

O’Brien, a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, specializes in cross-border private M&A transactions for both private equity and strategic clients. She has a depth of experience across all aspects of corporate transactions, including in particular joint ventures and corporate restructurings. 

Quek, a member of the Banking Practice, was recently elected a partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2019. She has extensive experience advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions on a broad range of financing transactions and debt capital structures.
