Variety Honors Latham Attorneys in 2023 Dealmakers Impact Report

Eight attorneys in Latham’s Entertainment, Sports & Media (ESM) Practice have been honored by Variety in the publication’s annual Dealmakers Impact Report that spotlights Hollywood’s brightest negotiators. Partners Nancy Bruington, Justin Hamill, Kendall Johnson, Rick Offsay, and Jonathan West, partner-elect Liliana Ranger, and associate Jamie Levine were profiled for their lead strategic roles advising clients on a full spectrum of film, television, music, and content-related business transactions. London partner Libby Savill received a stand-alone profile on the arc of her extraordinary career.

Justin Hamill, Global Co-Chair of Latham’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Rick Offsay, Global Co-Chair of Latham’s Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice were recognized for their work across a broad range of transactions, including advising Endeavor in the US$21 billion merger of UFC with WWE, creating TKO Group; and KKR-portfolio company Mediawan in acquiring a majority in Brad Pitt-led Plan B Entertainment.
