Trevor Church is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Finance Department. Trevor represents borrowers and lenders as well as venture capital and private equity firms with respect to debt financings, with a focus on the technology, life sciences, and healthcare industries.

Trevor draws on experience representing clients on all sides of debt financing transactions to deliver insightful counsel to borrowers, sponsors, and financial institutions, including:

  • Growth debt, including venture, structured, and royalty transactions
  • Leveraged financings and acquisition financings
  • Cash flow and asset-based transactions, including recurring revenue, accounts receivable, inventory, and equipment financings
  • Structured financings, bridge loan financings, and capital call facilities

Trevor has served on the firm’s Parent Lawyers Group and is an ally member of certain other of the firm’s affinity groups.

Prior to attending law school, Trevor was an associate in the audit department at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
