Josh Meyer is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Josh advises private and public companies as well as private equity funds in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and general corporate law matters. He earned his JD from Columbia Law School, where he served as head articles editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and as a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team.

While in law school, Josh interned for Judge Richard J. Sullivan of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for Judge Ona T. Wang of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
