Eirene Haeyeon Kim

Eirene Kim is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Kim received her JD from Cornell Law School, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, she served as executive editor for the Cornell Law Review, President of the Cornell Law Students Association, a diversity committee member on the Moot Court Board, and an Honors Fellow for the Lawyering Legal Writing and Research program. Additionally, she advised students through disciplinary and Title IX proceedings as a Judicial Codes Counselor and worked with local start-up companies in the Entrepreneurship Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Kim was a summer associate in the Chicago office. She previously worked as an intellectual property paralegal at Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery and as an intellectual property paralegal and corporate legal intern at Amsted Industries.
