Grace assists US and global public companies with reporting requirements, corporate governance, securities issues, capital markets, and general corporate matters, advising clients across a variety of industries.
Grace previously served as the local leader of the Asian and Middle Eastern Lawyers Group in the Washington, D.C. office.
Grace received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was admitted as a Karsh-Dillard Scholar. While in law school, Grace served as an editor for Virginia Tax Review.
Prior to law school, Grace received her Master of Accounting and worked as a senior accountant for Ernst & Young LLP, where she represented clients on a broad range of corporate tax and audit matters.
Grace is familiar with US and Canadian taxes and US GAAP, IFRS, and ASPE reporting requirements.
