Aaron Robinow

Aaron Robinow is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Robinow represents both public and private companies in a range of corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions, structured financings, and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Robinow maintains an active pro bono practice, participating in Latham’s Small Business Solution Clinics.

Mr. Robinow previously served as a summer associate at Latham.

While in law school, he was staff editor for New York University Journal of Law & Liberty.
