Aditi Sharma

Aditi Sharma is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Aditi is a member of the Finance Department and the Banking Practice. She represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition financings.

Aditi received her LLM from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Prior to attending Columbia, Aditi received her BA, LLB (Hons.) with First Class Honors from Gujarat National Law University. Aditi has previously worked as in-house counsel at ICICI Bank Limited.
