Ahmed Alfreahat advises sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, and private equity funds on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Ahmed has experience in a variety of sectors across both emerging and established markets.

Ahmed was previously based in London, where he completed his training contract with an international US law firm. He provides counsel to clients in several jurisdictions, with a particular focus on GCC, US, and European markets. His practice includes:
