AJ Yoxsimer is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.

AJ represents public and private companies in various corporate transactions in connection with IPOs and follow-on offerings, debt and equity offerings in growth industries, and general corporate representation.

Prior to joining Latham, AJ worked at a trial technology consultation firm and for a small lobbying firm representing California’s urban counties. While in law school, he served as an editor on the Southern California Law Review and participated in USC’s Small Business Clinic.
