Akosua Kyereme-Tuah is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Kyereme-Tuah represents clients primarily in patent litigation matters. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in actions pending before federal district courts, the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), and the International Trade Commission.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Kyereme-Tuah clerked at the US Court of Federal Claims. Her previous experience includes working as a primary patent examiner at the USPTO, where she examined patent applications in the business methods art unit. Prior to law school, Ms. Kyereme-Tuah worked as a software development engineer and a management consultant.
