Mr. Mackichan regularly advises key stakeholders in the sports and entertainment sectors with respect to complex commercial and corporate transactions, including:

The hosting and staging of major international sports and entertainment events
Strategic joint ventures and acquisitions

In addition, Mr. Mackichan has solid in-house knowledge of the sports and entertainment industries, having worked for major sports governing bodies and leagues, including the Premier League and the NBA.
