Alayna Kenney is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Alayna advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Alayna has spent time in-house on secondment to Nord Anglia Education and, prior to joining the firm, in the legal team of a FTSE-100 company, listed in London and New York.
