Aldrich Huang is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.
Aldrich represents public, private, and emerging healthcare and life sciences companies in various transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and strategic licensing and collaborations.
Aldrich maintains an active pro bono practice, representing foreign human trafficking victims in applying for T-visa and adjustment of status.
Prior to joining Latham, Aldrich was a commercial and intellectual property litigator in China and the United States.
