Alex Liscio

Alex Liscio is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Alex represents both public and private clients in all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions. His practice includes:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Joint ventures
• Commercial mortgage loans
• Leasing

Alex maintains an active pro bono practice, acting as a Spanish language interpreter for individuals seeking asylum.

Prior to joining Latham, Alex served as a law clerk to Judge Claude M. Hilton in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
