Alex Storozum is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He represents private equity funds on mergers, acquisitions, and stock purchases with a particular focus on acquisitions in the healthcare and government contracts industries.
Mr. Storozum maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently advising a not-for-profit organization in drafting contracts and complying with the requirements therein.
Before becoming an associate, Mr. Storozum was a Legal Innovators Secondee at Latham. While in law school, he served as an articles editor for The George Washington Law School’s Public Contract Law Journal.
